Pandemonium (Delirium #2)

Pandemonium (Delirium #2) by Lauren Oliver

Rating: 4.5 stars

AH~~ Why?! Lauren, why do you have to have such a big cliff hanger at the end of this book?! Now I can't wait to read the next book! February 2013 seems so far away... :( And there I was, SUPER excited when I got this out from the library!! Haha~ Had to stop whatever book I reading to read this.

I really liked this book, maybe partly because I fell in love with Delirium when I read it last year. This book continues the story from the first book. It is an amazing sequel and definitely worth reading. But I think I still like the first book better, maybe because of Alex. Talking of Alex, I just want to yell!! But I won't say anything, don't worry. My friends, hurry up and read it NOW~!! So I will have someone to rant to about :D

This book made me FEEL. I felt so much and so many emotions as I was reading it, and I felt along with the characters: love, sorrow, terrible saddness, betrayal, pain, joy, fear. I really liked some of the characters, but felt a little awkward with one or two. My favourite character in this book is probably Hunter :D

Lastly, this is such a heart wrenching book!! My heart is just as torn as I am for theTiger's Curse series!!! AH~ I really want to scream, and fast forward into 2013 already haha~
Congrats on a great book, Lauren! And I hope the next book will be even better AND with a happy ending :P I just really want a happy ending for this series. Can't wait!

Synopsis from Goodreads
I'm pushing aside the memory of my nightmare,
pushing aside thoughts of Alex,
pushing aside thoughts of Hana and my old school,
push,
push,
push,
like Raven taught me to do.
The old life is dead.
But the old Lena is dead too.
I buried her.
I left her beyond a fence,
behind a wall of smoke and flame.
Lauren Oliver delivers an electrifying follow-up to her acclaimed New York Times bestseller, Delirium. This riveting, brilliant novel crackles with the fire of fierce defiance, forbidden romance, and the sparks of a revolution about to ignite.
